What happens when I call for a quote?


Our approach is straightforward and genuine: We conduct all client communications in a friendly, respectful way in which we provide you with the necessary information and then step back and let you make the decision based on your budget and time frame. There is no pressure to purchase at any time in the process as again we are completely respectful of your right to make a decision that works for you. What is your method for setting fees?


Simply stated, we compete on value not on price. Because we offer clients extensive experience across many occupations and industries as well as personalized, highly accessible service that is backed by continual research of the latest trends affecting job seekers, we charge fees that we believe fairly reflect the value that we provide. Do you guarantee results?


We cannot guarantee hiring results as there are simply too many factors beyond our control. If you are not satisfied at any point in the process, please let us know why and we will do what it takes to make things right, as our overriding concern is your complete satisfaction with our services.

If I decide to use your services, will the information that I provide to you be kept confidential?


Absolutely. The information that you share with us will be held in the strictest confidence at all times. We will never disclose personal information or work-related or other background details with anyone.

What forms of payment do you accept?


We accept checks or cash, as well as online payments through PayPal (bank account or credit card) or Popmoney (bank account).

Do you meet with clients in person or do you handle all communications by phone or e-mail?


Because many of our clients live far outside of the area where we are based (we are located in Stevens Point, Wis.), we communicate with them over the phone and by using email. For Central Wisconsin clients, we will often meet with them in person for the initial discussion.
